The Orion Nebula

Constellation:	Orion.
Best Seen:	Winter.
Telescopic Appearance:	This object can be seen as a fuzzy 'star' with the naked eye below the three prominent stars which mark (in mythology) Orion's belt. Through the telescope the 'fan shape', seen in the photograph, can easily be made out on a transparent night.
