The Rosette Nebula

Constellation: Monoceros.
Best Seen: Winter.
Telescopic Appearance: The distinctive parallelogram shape of the star cluster appears very bright. I have yet to see any trace of the nebula, however.
Photo Details: A composite of two, hour long exposures on unhypered Pro Gold 400 print film with a 500mm f/8 lens, piggybacked on the SCT. Thanks to Terry Adrian for the additional processing.
